if its one thing im all for its the evolution of menswear. what i admire most about the industry at the current time is its growing market for the fashionable concious male consumer. i discovered a new site today, another addition to my blogroll: the fashionisto. one of the featured collections was the second collection from up & coming designer brand, OntFont. this is the first time i am hearing of this brand but i was impressed by the look book images for the lines SS09 collection. i took it upon myself to read up on this team & liked what i saw. the design team, as quoted from their official site, aims to create ”innovative men’s fashion by combining classical suit tailoring with cutting edge street influences. sidewalk tailoring is the name of this game. OntFront invites you to a premium lifestyle experience for the modern man. show you identity. break some rules. you hold the strings. it’s a man’s world.” i guess we`ll have to wait & see what the future holds for this promising line. here are the images of their second collection for the season.
