one of the best things about summer is having the option to throw on just a t-shirt & go. its simple, its easy. the july t-shirt releases from a bathing ape for the summer & spring season of 2009, seen above, contain most of the signature images used on the brands releases from past seasons, with an added twist. the graphics, which have catapulted the label to superstatus, have become iconic for the brand & when you see the ape- you already know. i think its super funny when i see people wearing the bootleg one & people go up to them like, “ay, is that shit real?” – if you have to ask, its probably not. if you do have the cash flow to rock these tee’s please dont allow someone to disrespect you like that. among the releases, i would think that the baby milo editions are the most popular season to season. i could be wrong; but those are the illest, in my opinion.
