im not sure how many other people were watching, all i know is that i was addicited. on vogue.tv, they had a web series of the realities of what it takes to be a model. the series would air every friday & followed three models on their journeys through fashion week in new york, london, milan & paris. the stand out model of the bunch was cato. while the other two models, austria & madeline, had difficulties booking shows cato booked shows like crazy. hailing from the netherlands, at the time of shooting cato was 19. straight from high school, cato went into a modeling career. she booked prada in milan & then book nine shows or something in paris. i loved the series but was dissapointed because it didnt have too many episodes. it wasnt like america’s next top model, it wasnt one of those bootleg reality shows- it has more authenticity. these were already working models & we were given the opportunity to follow them on their journey. while browsing for blog material i came across a model blog for seeDS model management. there i seen cato. astounded, i went to enlarge & save each of the images provided by the blog. her career may not be as iconic as linda evangelista but still she lands covers & can take a mean ass photo. i was honestly, surprised & a bit excited to see that she is a working model. its not one of those situations where you see the model & she does well on the series & lands nowhere in sight careerwise. congratulations to cato & all of her success. check out vogue.tv & watch the episodes of models.live- a great series; i hope they bring it back this year with a new set of models- or even to follow the same models from last year! look out for cato though, shes dope.
