wendell lissimore is represented by red model management. he teamed up with his girlfriend, major model management’s supermodel sessilee lopez, for this shoot. photographed by mark squires, im not sure if this was a simple test shoot or if these images will appear in a publication of sorts. red model management dubs the modelesque duo “the first couple of fashion”. for the modeling industry, representing individuals of color, both wendell & sessilee have broken a number of barriers. sessilee appeared on the cover of the all black italian vogue & is seen everywhere from ad campaigns for the gap to uniqlo & walked for everyone from victoria secret to high end runways in milan, paris & new york. wendell recently landed the hermes catalog & has wrapped his TV show “model city”, which is set to air sometime in 2010 on BET. i think putting them together is an amazing thing, they really represent as individuals in the fashion game & their combined star power & undeniable beauty together are unstoppable.
