the balenciaga pre-fall womenswear collection is one of epic proportions. the fashion forward element, that is the current focus of the balenciaga brand, is done extremely well for the pre-fall season. flashes of yellow, red, green & blue are seen & heard loudly against incredible construction; this is fashion of the future. i love the collection & its use of shapes; the collection shatters traditional womenwear construction. the garments bring fourth structure, while still allowing sophistication to be seen. progressional displays of accessories can be seen in the collections cameos of both bags & gloves. an industrial elements of the collection are contrasted with chic detailing. one completely incredible collection, im very pleased with this creative direction & am waiting in great anticipation of the fall collection from balenciaga. & aren’t you loving the eyewear?
