collection images: temperely london, pre-fall

by Jeremy Danté

satin, sheer & embroidery were design elements thrust into the pre-fall 2011 season at the hand of temperely london. plum tones were matched to rich browns, black & shots of gold. overall, i was impressed by how fluid the designs were- even in still shots, the garments seem to have beautiful movement. what’s particularly inspiring for me, in my obsession with details, especially for women is accessories. the footwear seen in this collection is intenseley interesting, i love the idea of a lucite heel. an unexpected direction with a few ethnic design influences, overall a great collection with cohesion from the first look to the last. very impressed with the number of looks that was seen; fashion is about variety & options.
