fall prêt-à-porter, paris: nicolas andreas taralis
by Jeremy Danté
a dark palette with modern, industrial goth design was presented by nicolas andreas taralisin in paris, kicking off fall paris fashion week. while i was admittedly bored with the collections use of black, since emerging from what seemed like an eternity of all black everything- i loved the simulated blood stained blouses, very creative. the taralisin label is one of great direction & steadily consistent concept delivery. not being restricted by season or trend, the design of nicolas stand alone & are more clearly based on imagination, vision & theme. a great start to the always impressive show season in paris.
